1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the coachathome.fr website (hereinafter “the Site”), the professional showcase of Coach@home.

3. Access to the site
Access to the Site is free of charge. The publisher endeavours to ensure continuous availability, without guaranteeing the absence of interruption, maintenance or technical error.
4. Permitted use
The Site is intended to present Coach@home’s services, inform visitors and facilitate contact. Misuse of the Site is prohibited (unauthorised mass scraping, intrusion attempts, distribution of unlawful content, identity theft, etc.).
5. Informative content
The information presented (services, projects, expertise) is indicative. It does not constitute a firm contractual offer. Any service is subject to prior discussion and, where applicable, a quote or specific agreement.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Site elements belong to the publisher or are used with authorisation. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party services (Facebook, Google Maps, partner Connecting Technology, etc.). These services have their own terms; the publisher is not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, nor for errors or omissions in published content despite the care taken to keep it up to date.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
